Questions about pricing
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from your dashboard. When upgrading, you only pay the pro-rated difference. When downgrading, unused credit rolls to the next cycle.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20% — that's 2.4 months free. Annual billing is charged once per year in RWF to your mobile-money or card on file.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no hidden charges, no lock-in contracts. The price you see is the price you pay. Solo plan is truly free — no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. For Biashara plans, we also accept purchase orders with net-30 terms.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 90 days. You can export everything (JSON archive + full database backup) at any time — before, during, or after cancellation. We never hold your data hostage.
