Are DUKA receipts RRA-compliant?
Yes. Every receipt prints your TIN, per-line tax breakdown, 18% VAT total, and a slot for the EBM/VSDC QR code. Certification is rolling out shop-by-shop — we handle the integration and the on-site visit.
Which payment methods does the till accept?
Cash, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank cards, bank transfer, and credit (sale on account). You can split a single sale across methods.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The till keeps recording sales offline (up to 8 hours cached). When connectivity returns, sales sync automatically.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. You own your data. Click Account → Download my data any time for a JSON archive. We'll also ship a full database backup within 7 days at no charge.
How long does setup take?
Most shops ring up sales within an hour: 2 minutes to apply, ~24 hours for provisioning, then a 2-minute first-login wizard.
What hardware do I need?
Any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. For receipts: an 80mm Bluetooth or USB thermal printer (we recommend Xprinter XP-T80A, ~RWF 80,000). Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works.
