What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember things like your login session, your preferences, and how you use the site.
How we use cookies
DUKA uses cookies for four purposes:
- Essential — These cookies are required for DUKA to work. They keep you signed in and protect your account. You can't opt out of essential cookies.
- Functional — These remember your preferences (language, theme, saved filters) so you don't have to set them every time.
- Analytics — These help us understand how people use DUKA so we can improve it. We use aggregated, anonymized data.
- Marketing — We don't run ad networks inside the app. On our public pages we may use a small number of marketing cookies to measure campaign effectiveness.

How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Here's how to do it in popular browsers:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox — Options → Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note that blocking essential cookies will break core features of DUKA (like staying signed in).
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove cookies. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll also notify you by email.
